中國電子科技集團公司第二研究所成立于1962年，是專業(yè)從事電子專用設(shè)備研發(fā)制造的國家級研究所。
五十余年來，二所始終致力于國家軍事電子和信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，在機、電、光、熱一體化設(shè)計，設(shè)備研發(fā)及工藝等方面不斷探索研究，近五年取得國家各種專利九十余項，在液晶顯示器生產(chǎn)設(shè)備、觸摸屏生產(chǎn)設(shè)備研發(fā)領(lǐng)域形成了優(yōu)勢和特色，可為用戶提供工藝和設(shè)備的系統(tǒng)集成服務(wù)。
二所是國家科技部“863”計劃項目和國家發(fā)改委產(chǎn)業(yè)化項目承擔(dān)單位，有多項產(chǎn)品列入國家重點新產(chǎn)品計劃和國家火炬計劃。以液晶顯示器生產(chǎn)設(shè)備、觸摸屏生產(chǎn)設(shè)備為代表的產(chǎn)品行業(yè)地位突出，影響力強，遠銷到日本、美國、馬來西亞、泰國、新加坡和中國香港、臺灣地區(qū)。

The second Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Corporation, founded in 1962, is specializing in developing and producing equipment for electronic products manufacturing.
Over the last fifty years, the Second Research Institute has always been committed to the development of national military electronics and information industry, continued to explore and study in mechanical, electrical, optical and thermal integration design, equipment research and development, arts and crafts and so on. In the recent 5 years, more than 90 patents have been achieved, advantages and characteristics are formed in the research and development of equipment of LCD and TP manufacturing, and thus system integration services for craftwork and technology can be provided to users.
The Second Research Institute is responsible for the National "863"Project of the Ministry of Science and Technology and “Industrialization” Project of the National Development and Reform Commission, and a number of products are incorporated in the National New Products Program and the State Torch Program. Products represented by LCD and TP manufacturing equipments are prominent and influential in the industry and exported to Japan, the United States, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
